From I-5 Northbound/Southbound to Highway 520 Eastbound
Proceed Eastbound on Highway 520 to "148th Ave. NE SOUTH". There are two lanes exiting to the right - stay in the right lane, merge onto 148th Ave NE, and turn right (west) at the first intersection onto NE 24th Street. Drive straight for about 400 yards and turn right at NE 29th PL. Drive for another 300 yards, Land America Building is located on your left hand side.

From Highway 520 (Westbound)
Exit Highway 520 at sign reading "148th Ave. NE". Go through the light (cross 148th NE), road becomes NE 29th PL, drive for 300 yards, Land America Building is located on your right hand side, right after the Courtyard Marriott Hotel.
