FastTrack can also be used to quickly escalate issues and questions to the appropriate product and support teams at Microsoft.

FastTrack helps customers deploy Microsoft cloud solutions. Customers with eligible subscriptions to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365 can use FastTrack at no additional cost for the life of their subscription.

“Hands-on-keyboard” support is not included. However, regular weekly or even daily (during peak velocity of deployment) meetings are supported with the attendance of the appropriate SME(s).
