GDPR Detailed Assessment

What is GDPR?

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new European Union (EU) regulation that imposes new rules on companies, government agencies, non-profits, and other organizations that offer goods and services to people in the EU, or that collect and analyze data tied to EU residents. The GDPR applies no matter where you are located. The GDPR also gives national regulators new powers to impose significant fines on organizations that breach the law.
