After a meeting has been scheduled, the meeting details page will display a Related content section that includes files that the individual has access to from the Exchange mailbox, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint sites.
This information can help users prepare for meetings. During the meeting, users can easily access relevant content to share, present, or reference. After the meeting, they can return to this section to access content presented during the meeting as well as any meeting notes that have been email, for example.
Users will only see content they are authorized to see.
