Net Promoter Score Sentiment Insights Per Topic Available to IT Admins

To empower IT Admins like you, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey insights dashboard released a new feature under the sentiment section.

With this new feature, you will be able to identify the sentiment that is associated to each topic available. The sentiment is calculated for each NPS feedback comment and tied to a specific topic. With this new addition, you can discover what are the trending topics your users are talking about and understand the feeling they are experiencing regarding that specific topic.

When this will happen:

We will begin rolling this out to Private Preview in early November and expect to be fully rolled out by late November.

How this will affect your organization:

With the new sentiment per topic feature on the NPS survey insights dashboard you will be able to:

  • Identify the sentiment for each topic
  • Three sentiments are available: Positive, Negative, Other
  • Topics available: Change Management, Collaboration, Complexity, Navigation, Performance, Reliability, User Education, Value


To access the sentiment per topic insights, go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Health -> Product feedback -> NPS survey insights tab)
